To manage and coordinate all aspects of practice functionality, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency and financial performance, ensuring the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment. Through innovative ways of working, lead the team in promoting quality and continuous improvement, confidentiality, collaborative working, service delivery, learning and development and ensure the practice complies with CQC regulations.

Operational Oversight, finance including payroll, perform the role of Partnership Secretary, attend PCN meetings, undertake payments to suppliers, manage contributions to the Practice’s pension scheme(s) and maintain appropriate records, oversee the recruitment and retention of staff, handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances with our HR Director, maintain up-to-date HR documentation, health and safety, premises compliance, CQC support.
