As we approach the festive season and things (hopefully!) begin to wind down at work, we thought we’d look back at the main events this year, and take a look at what’s in the pipeline for 2025…

I am sure we are all evaluating the effect of the recent Budget, and trying to work out the financial impact on our practices. This is a triple whammy, and we should not ignore the financial implications that it will cause.

The budget delivered on 30th October was a bumper one (you can read it here on the gov.uk site), but although she spoke for an hour and twenty minutes, the Chancellor Rachel Reeves said surprisingly little about the NHS or general practice.
