You are warmly invited to a free 1-hour webinar and discussion on the learnings from the CQC’s new Single Assessment Framework (SAF), and what practices need to know, on Wednesday 3rd July @ 12.30pm.  

This session is delivered by practice management and compliance expert Tracy Green, and follows on from our popular session held in April 2024. It will take stock of where we are some 6 months after the rollout of the new SAF, help staff learn how to adapt within the new framework, discuss some of the CQC’s latest findings, and work out what that means for practices going forward.

There will be time for Q&As and the sessions often include the sharing of best practices and tips between practice managers. 

About Your Presenter

With over 16 years working in primary care management, Tracy has supported numerous practices with CQC compliance as well as leading and restructuring teams. Tracy has worked as a federation manager for a large group of practices and since 2014 has been a CQC practice manager specialist advisor. She recently led a PCN through a CQC transformation from Inadequate to a Good rating over a 9-month period.
Tracy is a certified coach and delivers the General Practice Improvement Programme through one of NHS England’s delivery partners.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, the Recruitment Employment Federation,  the Institute of Leadership (FInstLM), a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), plus a member of the Association of Professional Coaches.
