FPM offer a comprehensive and professional management consultancy service to practices, consortia and other primary care organisations.
We can provide objective advice, expertise and specialist skills across all areas of operation with the aim of maximising profit, improving the business performance of practices or reviewing and advising on an improved organisational structure.
We will look at the vision, strategy, structure, management and operations of a practice. Our consultants can assist by identifying options with recommendations and providing support for the implementation of solutions.
Consultants operate across a wide variety of services such as business strategy, marketing, financial and management controls, human resources, information technology and operational issues.
